QuickBooks offers fully integrated payment processing so that you can collect payment from your clients seamlessly within quickbooks. You can also use other 3rd parties apps like Stripe and PayPal.
Weekly/Daily Reconcilation
If your business requires a more frequent reconciliation of accounts, we can provide weekly or even daily reconciliation at an additional cost.
Business Insights/Reporting: We go to great lengths to provide you with thorough reports so that you can make sound business decisions. These include Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statements, and more. We can also prepare custom reports specific to your business goals. It is only possible to make sound and profitable business decisions if you are keeping good books. We will make sure all of your financial information is organized and presented in an easy-to-read format.
Pricing $299/Month
Our pricing is simple. We bill by the hour (with a monthly minimum of $299) so that you never overpay for bookkeeping. Don’t fall for packaged or so-called value pricing when you can pay for only what you need (a la carte). We will conduct a full consultation to determine your business’s needs and complete a 3-month discounted trial to asses the time required to give you 5-star service. Upon completion of your 3-month trial, we will lock in a low monthly fee based on the time your business requires.
Premium Pricing
Yes, our pricing is about $50 +/- a month more expensive than the big box discount or offshore bookkeeping companies but for good reason! When it comes to your business finances, you don’t want to be 1 of 100,000 clients. You want a real (local) person managing your books. Someone you can grab lunch with, someone who will answer the phone, someone who will show up to your board meetings in person when necessary, and most importantly someone who will be there physically in the event of an audit. The last person you want to handle sensitive client information, a financial discrepancy, or an IRS audit is someone located across the country or overseas. Yes, we are slightly more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
First Year Discount
We offer a 25% discount for the first 3 months for first-year clients. This allows new clients to experience our high level of service and expertise at a discount. We are confident that once you work with us, you will want to continue with our service at our going rate.
